ENT Specialist Eligibility:
Candidates aspiring to become an ENT Specialist must possess 5 years MBBS degree followed by 2- 3 years M.S.(ENT) course.
Aspiring candidates have to follow the below-given steps to become an ENT Specialist.
Step 1
Students who have appeared or are appearing in +2 (with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects) have to appear in an Medical Entrance Tests conducted by the various State and Independent bodies like PMT, taken by Punjab Government and AIPMT (Pre Medical Test) taken by the CBSE to admit candidates in various medical institutions affiliated with it.
Separate test are conducted by some of the highly rated medical institutions like AIIMS, PGI, GMCH, AFMC Pune etc. These exams are generally held in the month of May-June.
Step 2
After completion of this four and half year of MBBS degree course and one year and six months, compulsory training one has to go for M.S.(ENT).
Aspiring MBBS doctors have to appear in Post Graduate Medical Entrance Tests like-
All India Post Graduate Medical/Dental Entrance Exam
Jawaharlal Institute of Post-graduate Medical Education and Research Entrance Exam
However, some institutes also provide admission on the basis of marks obtained in MBBS course and work experience of the aspiring candidates.
Step 3
After completing their requisite specialization courses I.e. M.S.(ENT) and getting the mandatory registration from Medical Council of India the budding ENT Specialist Surgeons can get jobs in reputed Government and Private Hospitals like AIIMS etc. ENT Specialist with good entrepreneurial skill can also open their own Clinic and provide services to the patients.
Those who want to go for further specialization or research work can also opt for M.Ch.(ENT) or/and P.hD. (ENT) courses after completion of 2-3 years of M.S.(ENT) courses.

You should be able to decide by yourself if you feel it is correct to pursue a course in MSA after completing your BDS. They are two very different fields with different scope. If you do not want to pursue dentistry and switch your line from BDS to MSA, it is entirely your choice.
The MAS educational experience seeks to develop critical administrative competencies in a supportive learning environment in conjunction with specific and clear feedback.
The basic eligibility criterion for MSA is Graduation from a 4 year, regionally accredited undergraduate program or equivalent.
The other prerequisite are maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 (B) in their undergraduate studies, two letters of recommendation, Personal statement of purpose, English Proficiency test.

Yes there is. But you need to find the right path as it is competitive too.
There are good job opportunities and higher studies options after BDS.
Private Sector Jobs after BDS:
Private sector offers a lot of job opportunities to BDS graduates. An entry level candidate can start practice in the dental department of a self financed hospital. After gaining sufficient experience and expertise they can start their own private practice. Those who attained higher studies in dentistry can get in to dental Colleges as lecturers. They can also find openings in research projects and Pharmaceutical Companies. Remuneration will be comparatively less for entry level candidates. But as they gain sufficient experience they can demand higher salaries.
Government Sector Jobs after BDS:
The public sector also do offer a lot of job opportunities to Bachelors in Dental Science. To get in to Government sector jobs, an aspirant has to attend and pass exams conducted by Central or State Government. Government conducts Combined Medical Services Exams for the selection of candidates in to various health care centers and public hospitals. Public sector jobs offer job security along with better remuneration packages. Professionals can find job openings in Public hospitals, health centers coming under Railways, Military, Defense services etc.
