Hi Revathi,
There is no straight-jacketed approach to earn more money. There are plenty of good jobs & higher study opportunities available after getting the degree in dentistry as a doctor. It is the professional field with good career opportunities. Further, there are a lot of openings abroad too. In India, salary is in the range of 6-8 lacs per annum.
After completing BDS, you may find employment as:
-Consultant
-Professors
-Forensics
-Dental surgeon
-Oral pathologist
-Medical Representative / Sales Representative

Both the courses are good and they have their own scope. One one hand, biotechnology is a growing field whereas BDS is a medical course to become a dentist.

Hi Sagar,
For details regarding the eligibility criteria, please follow the link:
http://www.msruas.ac.in/fds_ug/du_eligibility
Regarding the cutoff, it varies every year according to the number of students applying for examination and number of seats available. It would be advisable that you get in touch with college authorities/official page directly for accurate cutoff and admission.
