Don't get misguided you have to qualify NEET and attend Counselling conducted by respective state government. MCI has cancelled admission of those students who have taken direct admission without coming through counselling channel.

Every country has strict regulations for the health sector and only qualified doctors are permitted to practice. Unfortunately there is no such country you are asking for. You may check WHO, UNESCO websites for voluntary works.

Hello Sarthak,
If you go for B.Tech in biotechnology you will be an engineer who practice on medical things and if you go for BDS you will be a doctor in dental department so ask yourself what you want to be, a doctor or an engineer.
