It depends upon your passion. If you have good financial position good and time, then you can go for MDS or start a clinic. If not, then you can work with any private hospital. There are lot of government jobs for BDS also.

The only way to practice dentistry in UK is to pass ORE, a licensing exam conducted by British Dental Council. This exam is conducted twice a year (April and September) in UK.
