For persuing MS ENT, you have to do MBBS. With BDS it's not possible. Instead try some other speciality.

You have many other things to do with.
you can opt for BSc Medical Science or BSc Nursing BAMS BHMS BVSC BSc Agriculture Forestry Fishery or simply Bsc Biological Science

after completing your BDS you get around 8-9 branches to select for masters MDS.
