The cutoff for Bachelor of Dental Surgery at ABSMIDS (A.B. Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences) in 2023 is based on the NEET ranks. The last round closing cutoff for Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2023 stood at 1208898 for the General All India category students. The NEET cutoff for BDS in 2023 is expected to be 50 percentile for the General category students and 40 percentile for candidates belonging to OBC, SC, and ST categories.

The latest cutoff Information for BDS at ABSMIDS for the General All India Category is 1209998.This cutoff was for the stray Vacancy Round of NEET 2023 counseling.The cutoffs for the previous two years were 1022856 for 2022 and 907423 for 2021.Please note that the admission process for BDS at ABSMIDS for the year 2024 is yet to begin.The NEET PG 2024 exam will be conductedon May 5,2024, and the counselling process is expected to start in june 2024.

Manipal College of Dental Sciences is one of the most prestigious universities in India and offers excellent opportunities for U.G. and P.G. students. The top scholarships offered for BDS students are Kalam-Pai, Freeship, and Scholar Scholarships. Minimum eligibility for each scholarship is aggregate of 80% marks in Physics, Biology, and Chemistry in 10+2 or equivalent course. Also, to be eligble for Kalam-Pi, the NEET rank must be between 1-10,000, for Freeship, it ranges from 1-50,000 and for Scholar Scholarship, it is between 50,001-1,00,000.

Yes, you can get admission with 86 percentile in NEET also the minimum criteira is that students with 50% marks in Class 10 and Class 12 or an equivalent course who cleared the NEET-UG cut-off meet the eligibility criteria for this course. Only NEET-UG exam scores are accepted for admission; a candidate must secure score equal to or more than the NEET cutoff. Generally, the NEET cut-off varies each year, although for BDS, the NEET cutoffs for general and reserved categories are 720-137 and 136-107 respectively. Also, the total tuition fee for BDS is approximately INR 14.8Lacs .
