I have secured 84 percentile when appeared for my NEET examination in 2019 where the top mark is 701 and only one person have scored above 700. Even at that time, I couldn't get any of the government medical colleges. Besides, now in 2023, the competition has increased and almost 145 students have scored above 700. Your cutoff depends upon the first mark and the number of ranks before your rank. Concluding that, it is absolutely not a good score and you couldn't get any of the government medical colleges .Also, in my opinion it is not good to spend a lot of money for donation for joining in private medical colleges. To join BDS, you don't need NEET marks, it requires a good state board score. If you have scored very high marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English, you can absolutely choose BDS.But, if you are strongly determined to get into medicine, I would recommend you to prepare and work really very hard for NEET 2024 and reappear for NEET 2024 and score well.
