Always remember Masters in any subject will always add the feather in your cap. You will learn many things. Diverse job opportunities exist in front of nutritionists and dieticians in India. To be eligible for Master of science in food and nutrition sciences you need to have B.Sc home science, B.Sc. applied nutrition, B.Sc. rural home science, B.Sc. clinical nutrition and dietetics, B.Sc. Food science and quality control, general B.Sc. with nutrition as one paper, BHSC (4 years) with 50% marks in groups.

Nutrition Sciences is also an allied subject of Life Sciences or Biological Sciences or Home Sciences. Therefore as you are graduated from Life Sciences or having a B.Sc. Degree in Life Sciences subject then you are definitely eligible for pursuing Masters or M.Sc. In Nutrition or allied fields from any recognised institutes or universities from India or even abroad. Best of luck!
