Eligibility:
Graduation
Mandatory Courses: B.Sc. (Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Physics, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology )
Candidate who have completed B.Sc. (Family and Community Sciences) with specialization in Nutrition are also eligible for admission.
Or
B.Sc. (Vocational) with specialization in Food Science and Quality control or Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics or Food Science and Technology or B.Tech. Food Science and Technology are also eligible for admission.
Final Selection
Candidates are selected based on performance in and marks obtained in graduation.

No. Since doing M.Sc has no relevance with any Doctorate degree, you cannot be addressed as "Doctor". In India, only a person who has completed any doctoral academic, is given the Salutation of a "Doctor" when awarded with a PhD.
