Hi Isaac!
There is no information available about this course, even on the institute's website. As per my knowledge, there are no eligibility criteria to pursue a certificate course in fitness training, except that you should be physically fit and should not be suffering from any serious ailments or diseases. Still, I would suggest you to connect with the institute directly for better guidance.

Yes, you are eligible for B.Sc in Yoga. Eligibility for B.Sc in yoga, is you must pass your 10+2 or equivalent in any stream. There is no need for entrance exams, but some universities conduct entrance exam for admission in yoga courses.

To be a nutritionist, you shall certainly need a graduation degree at least.
As you have said yourself that you can do higher studies, hence, a B.Sc, if available to you, should be done.

You can go for M.Sc in food technology after completing B.Sc. In food and nutrition because for M.Tech, you need to have B.Tech or BE degree.
