Hi Shruti Joshi,
Your chances are less for being eligible to apply in Canada. Please try in Australia, New Zealand, UK or USA. Your education background and work experience are not relevant to your desired program very clearly. You must not only demonstrate your interests but must also have the required background that is PCB in 10+2. You should write to the colleges abroad and clarify directly. Pre-requisite courses may be given to you.

Academic qualifications are not necessary to be a makeup artist. The only requirement is the passion for the work and interest to make experiments in looks. However, short-term courses in cosmetology, beauty care, make up can hone your skills.
