You will have no difficulty in seeking admission for higher studies and job with Government (both Central and state) and PSUs.

Unfortunately no. In Kolkata, IIM Calcutta ,IIFT Kolkata and ISB Kolkata are the only best colleges. Other institutes are not good in terms of infrastructure, faculty and everything else.
I would suggest you to not to waste your money on such institutes.

You may choose any based on your interests and personality. Marketing, HR, and Finance are the most preferred speciaisations by students, and you will be able to handle these with ease based on your physics degree.
