Candidates need to complete BPharm degree with at least 50% aggregate to apply for Berhampur University MPharm course. There is a 5% relaxation in the aggregate for SC/ ST aspirants. One must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

Students opting for hostel facility have to pay an hostel fee. The total hostel fee is a sum of multiple components such as admission, maintenance, mess, caution, etc. Some of the fee components such as hostel caution money and mess advance are refundable. All other components are non-refundable.

The university offers scholarship through Medhabruti, Govt. of Odisha, Higher Education Department, Prerana Scholarship and UGC PG Merit Scholarship. Students fulfiling the criteria have to apply on the official website of the agency offering the scholarship.

Currently, Berhampur University has limited hostel accommodation for boys and girls. Students wishing to get hostel accommodation need to apply to the concerned Head of the Department for admission into the hostel at the time of submission of original documents. Hostel seats are allotted to bonafide admitted students based on merit list of the respective courses.

Once the exam is conducted, CPET-2024 subject wise state provisional merit rank is prepared by combining the career marks out of 20 and entrance marks out of 80.
