The candidate must have a minimum of 75 percentile on UCEED in order to be eligible to apply for BFA at Chitkara Design School. The entrance score is just one of the eligibility criteria and you must also have a valid 12th standard score which is a basic criterion for admission. The candidate must also have a strong portfolio showcasing their artistic skills and creative potential. If admission for that particular course is in demand, then you will be asked to attend a personal interview.

The students must have passed the 12th standard from a recognised board in any stream. The students required to provide a valid UCEED score in order to apply for the course. Alternatively, the school also conducts its own design aptitude test (Chitkara University Design and Aptitude Test). There might be a personal interview counseling for the students who get shortlisted based on their entrance scores. The total cost for the entire 4-year programme will be around 7,00,000 to 7,60,000. The tuition fee will be around 5,50,000, the school charges an on-time admission fee of 20,000. hostel and mess fees may range up to 1,00,000 to 1,50,000. the average salary for BFA at Chitkara Design School is around 8 LPA. The highest salary offered was around 16 LPA, and the lowest package offered was around 3 LPA. The salary may vary depending on the specialisation within BFA, Student's academic performance and so on.
