For B.A. In Pune:
1- Fergusson College
2- Symbiosis Society College of Arts and Commerce
3- St Mira College for Girls (Arts and Commerce)
Fergusson College is considered as the best college for arts, not only in Pune but all over in Maharashtra. JJ School of Arts is one of the best colleges for BFA in Mumbai.

There is no such book for the entrance, but you should be aware of the famous artists and their work (in India, and western artists too like Piccaso, Da Vinchi, etc.).

Yes, you can, because 21 years.
Eligibility as per age limit. The candidates who wish to apply for the B.Ed courses must not be less than 21 years of age. There is no such relaxation for any reserved category such as SC/ST or OBC,
