The total fee of MBBS ranges between INR 40,500 and INR 113 Lacs as per an unofficial source and include components other than the tuition fee. The above fee structure may not include fees charged during mandatory internship. The fee is as per Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), DGHS, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants will also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission.

Bharath University provides merit scholarships to the deserving candidates. The scholarships are awarded to the students who demonstrate excellent academic performance and potential in their respective fields of study. Moreover, studnets need to fulfil the eligibility criteria for admissions.  For CSE students: Students who achieve a minimum of 95% aggregate in PCM are eligible for a merit scholarship of INR 1 lakh (limited to 100 seats).CSE: Students who achieve a minimum of 90% aggregate in PCM are eligible for a merit scholarship of INR 1.5 lakh.CSE: Students who achieve a minimum of 70% aggregate in PCM are eligible for a merit scholarship of INR 2.5 lakh.
