Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research informally Bharath University, Chennai does not offers B.Tech Part time programs. The fee for regular B.Tech course is abour Rs 1,50,000/- per annum.

When you are talking of engineering colleges, the college which you want to leave thinks as if they are going to lose financially by allowing you to leave the college hence they will make all attempts to see that you will not be able to leave. In view of this foregoing my sincere advice to you will be to remove this thought from your mind and concentrate on studying at the same Institute till you finish your engineering course fully and then think of going somewhere else for your post graduate studies.
