Bharathidasan Institute of Management provide PhD course in various specialisations. The eligibility criteria for PhD admissions is that candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognised university. (Final year degree students may also apply, subject to completion of the degree requirements with a minimum of 50% aggregate).

The selection process for Bharathidasan Institute of Management admissions is based on the academic performance and CAT/XAT/GMAT scores will be called for a Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). For PhD, candidates have to appear for an entrance test and shortlisted candidates are called for an interview round before final selection.
