First of all, congratulations for the rank you got. It is a very good rank and you get many good colleges with your rank. You have chances of getting both VVIT and Vishnu. But, as per education and placements VVIT is the best college and best for CSE, ECE and IT branches. But, Vishnu is also a good college. But, take decision as per your interest and proceed. You may not get CSE in SRKR Engineering College, but you have a chance of getting some other low preference groups in SRKR Engineering College that too in 2nd or 3rd counselling based on the left out seats during seat allotment. All the best.
