There is no such difference. Hi Imran,
Bachelor of Arts in Hotel management or BHM have almost the same course curriculum. All that differs in both of them is the way these courses are run in different institutes.
You may consider pursuing any of them as both of these courses will deliver your opportunities in the same place.

If you want to enter IHM you need to crack NCHMCT JEE exam. It is the common entrance exam for IHM's and many other colleges.
For appearing in NCHMCT JEE you should fulfill the following criteria :-
1. Age between 18 - 22 years.
2. Clear pass in class 12 or equivalent exam with minimum 50%.
3. English as one of the main subjects.
