That may be possible only if your present course is similar to the one you wish to change to. You cannot change programs but you can change colleges, provided you satisfy all necessary conditions laid down by the universities concerned.

Yes, the college that you have chosen does allow you to do Bachelors in HM through distance or correspondence mode.

If you want to become a chef you should do BHM but B.Sc. Will keep your options open if you want to change or pursue some other course in future.

No, but for 3 years you need to study for all 4 departments, and in last year you can choose your specializations or Department of interest.

Hello,
Eligibility criteria to MBA programs are -Graduation with any Stream. Most of the colleges demands minimum 50% marks. There are some entrance examinations, through which admissions to MBA has been done, i.e MAT, CMAT, CAT, etc.

Yes, you are eligible for admission in BHM course after your class 12th. But, ensure that you have the minimum laid out marks and qualify the class 12th exams.
