According to me - Both the courses cannot be compared as both belongs to different domain, the thing that matters the most is long term interest, like if you wish to become a businessman in future or an investment banker then no doubt BBA is the most relevant choice, after BBA one can go for MBA or PGDM as well, but BHM is typically for students who want to pursuit in hotel industry. Conclusion is that find your interest and make the best out of course and you will be valuable. If you are specifically interested in culinary arts then go for BA in culinary arts but if you are not sure about the department then go for BHM because after doing BHM you can work in any of the 4 departments but after BA you need to stick with culinary arts only.

BBDU UG admission 2019:-
Admission to all Undergraduate courses at BBDU is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying exams. Candidates must have completed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board in order to apply. Counselling is done at the university level on the basis of a merit list.
Candidates can apply online only through the official website of BBDU. Students must have passed 10+2 standard for UG programmes & Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline for PG courses. Hi Ankit, BHM is an undergraduate programme and MBA will be post graduation. As per your education qualification and prior knowledge, you shall opt for the programme. It is advisable that you visit the institute to get proper career counselling.
