Generally, both seem to be same in the sense of name, but the difference is up to which depth subject is studied in B.Sc. Hotel management is introduced and hospitality services are made to learn and in BHM there are various sub stream of this stream eg-manager, chef, a recioptanist etc.

No, you have to pay fees semester-wise. But if you drop after one year, then your time and money both will be wasted, so it's better to pursue the full course.

It's a normal degree course, where you can gain more practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge, and you have to be dedicated and passionate about what you are doing.
