Hi,
IHM Aurangabad should be preferred over Welcome group.
I would suggest him to appear for NCHMCT JEE Exam and if he gets good rank he can join the prestigious IHMs Such as IHM Mumbai, IHM Delhi, and IHM Bangalore etc.

Hi,
After completion of BHM, you can sit for the campus Interviews for Management Trainee or Apply walk-in in the Hotel's corporate office.
A management Trainee program prepares you for becoming an Assistant Manager after the completion of Training period. If you perform well, you can become a General Manager of a hotel.

Hi Saima,
In Bhubaneswar, you don't have too many options. To the best of my knowledge, IHM (Bhubaneswar) at VSS Nagar is the best college in whole of Odisha. To get admission there, you need to appear JEE of NCHMCT under Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
You can see Ranjita Institute also as an option. But most of colleges in Odisha have placement issues. So you can decide accordingly.

Hello Danish,
After BHM, you should work in an industry for a couple of years before doing your MBA in HR from some good management institute. Once you have done BHM+MBA (HR), all good brands will welcome you in the HR department.

Both are degree courses and have value in their own field, but as far as I know, BHM offers more job opportunities in comparison to BCA. Best of luck!
