You have to attend all the rounds. Please check the cutoffs of 2017.

The chances are there but we can't guarantee if it will be in the first counselling or second counselling. You will have to wait. As per last year's cut-off, are eligible. This year, it will be known only after the counselling starts and the number of candidates report.
