Asia Pacific Institute of Management, Ahmedabad offers a full-time Bachelor in Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHMCT) course. The total duration of the programme is four years. It is further divided into eight semesters. During each semester, students are taught subjects related to the hospitality, tourism, management, catering, etc. Additionally, it includes an Industrial Training of five months or 22 weeks each in the third and the eight semester. APIM Ahmedabad has a total intake of 60 students for BHMCT. The mentioned number of seats has been sourced from the official website of the institute. It is still subject to change and hence, is indicative. These seats are filled through the ACPC counselling. The institute may also follow the state reservation policy while allocating the BHMCT seats.

APIM Ahmedabad has not released the placement data specifically applicable to the BHMCT placements. As per the information available on the web, the highest package recorded across all the courses offered at APIM was INR 14.60 LPA in 2022. The average package during the same year was INR 8.11 LPA across all courses.
