After the course completion (BHMS), you may find employment as:Homeopathic practitioner in both India and abroadMedical representative at a private or government hospitalProfessor or a researcher in any homeopathic collegeYou may start personal clinicYou may setup retail shop of homeopathy medicinesYou may work in industries dealing with homeopathic preparationsYou may start your own pharmacyYou may work in public and private sectorYou may work in private or government hospitals, clinics, NGOs, etc.

Yes any graduate can pursue MBA or a management course. Today, there are courses related to hospital management also available which can be pursued by a medical student. So you can go for it. But if possible go for hospital management because it will be more helpful for you as you are a medical graduate and will help you in acquiring a good managerial position after completing this course.

BHMS has a better scope. After completion of BHMS, you can opt for the following:
MD is Masters Degree Level.
Ph.D is Doctoral Degree Level.
It is best to finish both.
However, you should watch ICMR Website for announcement of Junior Research Fellowship(JRF) - Rs. 16000/- per month, & Senior Research Fellowship(SRF) - Rs. 24,000/- per month approx, for your PG and Ph.D. studies respectively. Also you must not forget to tick yes in the box for "Lectureship also".
You need this lectureship to apply for Assistant Professors & Associate Professors in government medical colleges.
Your pay packet at end of the first month itself will be about Rs.

After BHMS, you can select higher studies or career according to your wish. Courses like M.D. (Homoeopathy), M.D in (Homoeopathic) (Materia Medica), M.D. (Homoeopathic) (Paediatrics), etc may be suitable for you. M.Sc courses like M.Sc. (Endocrinology), M.Sc. (Epidemiology), M.Sc. (Regenerative Medicine), etc are also good. Otherwise, you can work as Homeopathic Doctor or Consultant in Hospitals or health care centers. Research firms and Pharmaceutical firms are also in need of BHMS graduates.
