There is no much scope of BHMS in foreign country. You have to take degree of particular country after BHMS. if you want to go foreign. You can appear in IELTS.

No, it is not possible to transfer from one college to another college after 1st year to 2nd year. If you want to change, you may have taken admission in 1st year.

Yes. If you have passed final year BHMS, you can search procedure of admission in hospital administration. It is the best option after BHMS and have very bright future if you develop skill in management.

Yes, you can get. Marks above 300 in NEET in your category is good enough. You can easily get a seat in your desire government medical college. Please participate in counselling.

BEMS is not widely accepted branch, while BHMS is worldwide accepted. You can do general practice job consulting. MBA in healthcare after BHMS have chance for government job competitive exam, as professor etc.
