B.A. M. S. and BHMS are under NEET from 2017. So, you have to score a minimum of 360-400 marks then only you will get a good college for these courses.

There is a very less chance of an MBBS seat as you must get a qualifying NEET score to get admission in MBBS in India. Still, you may try other courses in medical science.

BDS is a good option. There are even different field, if you like to explore like B.Sc Agriculture, it is even a good career option. One more interesting field is genetic engineering.

All the courses are almost equivalent. Opt for the one that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyze the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission.
You can also opt for psychometric test comprising of aptitude, personality and career interest to clear confusion.

Hello,
Your marks are too low to get admission in a government college and if you are a general category student, then you have to score more than 500 marks to get a good college in medical science. Below this, you won't get any government college.
