For admission into BAMS and BHMS courses, you need to appear for state level Medical Common entrance examination for government colleges. Private colleges conduct their own entrance.

Under graduate in ayurvedic or homeopathy is a good idea and since you are from bio background it totally depends on your interest. Both ayurveda and homeopathy are two different domains in medical studies. Both are having equal importance in present time. Most of the people using homeopathy and ayurvedic medicines for curing their diseases. So better think and choose one out of two in which you are really interested.
