According to the previous year's trend, you are not eligible to get admission to any BHMS college in India. Because if you want to get admission, You are expected to score at least 350 or 350 plus marks in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2022 to get admission to a reputed BHMS college and BHMS government medical college. However, you may get admission with your CET Score in these colleges.
1- Lokmanya Homeopathic Medical College, Pune.
2- Bharati Vidyapeeth Homoeopathic Medical College, Pune. I hope this will help you.

I'm sorry to inform you that because BHMS and B.A. MS require higher grades, you are not qualified for admission to a reputable college. To be admitted to a reputable BHMS and B.A. MS government medical college, you must receive at least 350 in the NEET 2022 exam. After MBBS the most popular courses for medical aspirants are BHMS or Bachelor of Homeopathic Medical and Surgery, and B.A. MS or Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery.

No, you have not qualified for AYUSH counseling to get a Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (B. H. M. S. ). Unfortunately, with the 45 NEET scores, you cannot get admission to even private B. H. M. S. colleges. The minimum score to get a BHMS is 200 for private colleges and 350+ for government homoeopathic medical colleges. Even in the reserved category, you need to score more than 150. You can either enroll in some other courses at a private college, such as BPT, or retake NEET to improve your score.
