Based on previous year's cut-offs you have very less chances of getting Government B.A. MS seat or BHMS seat but you try for Management seat/ Paid seat in Priavte B.A. MS Colleges based on this year cutoffs atleast in Mop-up round. For government atleast you have to score 500.

If you have a good score or rank, then you must be selected for it. Please mention your score first and if there will be vacant seats or not.

Your marks in NEET are less. As per the previous year cutoffs you cannot get any government Medical College for BAMS. You can get admission to the private medical college but the fees will be very much. So, you need to have good economic condition. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side. You cannot get into any government medical college with this mark. There is very less Probability of getting a seat.

Yes of course you can do MBBS after one year of BHMS. Some people get their MBBS degree after completing B.Sc. So why won't you take your dream degree after one year of BHMS.
