Yes, you can do MBA in travel and tourism (after B.Tech) is a good course and has many scopes after that. It is the specialization of MBA. It is master degree and 2 years course. But. If compared to B.Tech Medical Electronic Engineer, it is definitely behind. So please think about it again. You might get very good jobs after B.Tech Electronics & Biomedical. The admissions have been based on the JEE exam. So, Maths will come in the exam. Most of them offer B.Sc in hotel and travel although for BBA it is not required. Visit these links nchm.nic.in
