No, that would depend on the college you are trying to get into. Various Colleges have varying requirements, but to get into prestigious institutions like Banaras Hindu University, Chandigarh University, ISBR Business School, etc., you would have to give an entrance exam. 

Many college offer tourism related courses from Diploma to B.Sc. And then proceed forward to do your MBA, or M.Sc. In tourism from institute such IITTM.
