IGNOU offers a Masters in Tourism Management. You could try that. It's also a distance course. So, you could do it part time.

There are two courses for Hotel Management one is the B.Sc. In Hotel Management which is a three year course and other one is a 4 Year Degree course you can choose the course according to what you want to do in future like is you want to setup your own establishment than you can go for a 3 Years course and if you want to do job in the industry, then it's better to go for a 4 Years Course.

The duration of this course varies from 3-4 years depending on college. Regards.

If you wish to work as a HR, then I think it is not necessary to do any course related to the airline industry, you can have specialization in Human Resource and then you can apply accordingly. There are different companies whose selection criteria vary. You can search the companies' websites as well for detailed information.
