All the three options are good but both the branches are totally different you can't say which is best among these, it totally depends on your personal interest, if you are interested in coding then go with CSE at PEC Chandigarh but if you are not interested in coding or computer languages or you want to do field work after B.Tech then go with NIT Bhopal or NIT Kurukshetra whatever you will get. SISTEC main campus will be better. Placements are about 1-2 LPA average for CS here. If you have a decent score in JEE Mains for 12th boards then LNCT-Bhopal will be a better option than SISTEC. Even if you are getting LNCT, campus placement ratio is high there.

There is an excellent placement in sister Bhopal. So, according to me, this college can be better choice for you.

There are amazing courses in B.Tech CSE. Also, there is a patch up with companies like Java and IBM that offer certification courses which are very helpful in placements.
