IBMR is the best college to pursue MBA.

It's a decent college with good placements but to know the exact scenario for faculty and placements get in touch with the current students through social media or in person.

In terms of infrastructure, much better and being in a city too. MNIT is ragging free while MANIT has been known for it's ragging. Sports and cultural, MANIT is way behind of MNIT.
Percentage of placement is same in both of colleges, but in quantity MANIT is ahead as having more no of students per batch.
Fests of MNIT is renowned. So, suggestions are that not to follow NIRF Rankings or any other's. Only one drawback of MNIT is it's following RTU curriculum, syllabus and schedule till now.

VIT, Bhopal is better since this has its core branch in Vellore and all the placements are done from Vellore for all the branches and also VIT provides many opportunities for the CSE branch students.

IGNOU is one of the best universities to do your PhD in any given field.
