Banaras Hindu University is a good university for BA course. Its entrance is BHU UET. Actually it is quite a simple exam to clear but sometimes students commit some mistakes. There are 150 questions in the entrance examination, which contains 100 for different types (basics from all the subjects) and 50 questions are optional English or Hindi.

BHU is a college of national importance which organizes BHU-CET exam for students who are interested to get admission in BA, B.Sc, B.Com. This is an offline exam for 5160 seats in BHU and 6 other constituent colleges. Students who have scored more than 50% marks in their qualifying exam are eligible for the exam.
Here are few tips for BHU-CET exam:
1. There are 150 questions for 2 hours or 2 and half hour so a student has to be fast in the exam to get selected for the exam. For this, there is a regular practice of mock test and regular revision, of course, is necessary.

It's the same as medical or engineering competitive exams; go through NCERT books if you have opted for biology then you will have to answer biology, chemistry and reasoning ability. Read NCERT for biology and chemistry and reasoning questions will be quite easy, you will be easily solving those questions. Memorize some botanical name of crops like rice, wheat, etc.
