All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar provides various facilities to undergraduate and postgraduate students. AIIMS Bhubaneswar is a public/government university which was established in 2012. All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar was established under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. AIIMS Bhubaneswar was established as an autonomous institution and is known as an Institute of National Importance and is approved by MCI (Medical Council of India). Being a government university, the fee for various programmes is not high.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar is one of the topmost medical universities present in India. AIIMS Bhubaneswar is ranked 17 by NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) 2023 for Medical and 26 by NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) 2022 for Medical. Being a public/government university, the fee for various courses is not very high.
