If you are in general category, then the cut-off mark is 52 out of 80, otherwise if you belong to SC/ST category then the cut off is 37, and if you belong to OBC category, then 42 is the cut off.

The chances of getting the admission are not very high, but now that you belong to OBC category, you might get in. Kindly check the same with college once.

If you are planning to go for civil services then yes you can go for it with the required qualification.
