To be eligible you must fulfill the requirements mentioned below:Applicants must hold a 2.1 Honours degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science or a closely related discipline, or equivalent qualification acceptable to the University55%Applicants with a minimum 2.2 Honours degree in a cognate discipline, a 2.1 Honours degree in a non-cognate discipline, or who have not yet completed their degree, will be required to pass an aptitude test2:1 equivalent as per India:First Division Pass and a minimum final average of 58 - 60% (in the traditional system), orCGPA 5.8 - 7.5 on the 10 point scale; depending on the institution attended and the grading system used2:2 equivalent as per India: Second Division Pass and a minimum final average of 53 - 55% (in the traditional system), or CGPA 5.3 - 6.5 on the 10 point scale; depending on the institution attended and the grading system used  

Data analytics is an intriguing and rapidly developing area. Data is ubiquitous and growing rapidly, creating a great demand for trained specialists who can extract the true value from the data.The curriculum offers a balanced approach to learning through a combination of academic study and lab sessions, with a strong emphasis on practical involvement with industry. Students will study 6 modules full-time in the first and second semesters, with options for blended and collaborative learning. They will work on a big industry-based project in the third semester.Modules such as Data Analytics Fundamentals, Databases and Programming Fundamentals, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Frontiers in Data Analytics, Analytics in Action, and Individual Industry Based Project will be covered by students.
