No, a student can not join the B.Ed programme offered by Nalanda Open University without appearing for the Bihar B.Ed CET programme. The exam body LNMU, Darbhanga will release the Bihar BEd CET answer key 2025 tentatively in June 2025 on its official website. Candidates who appear in the Bihar BEd CET exam will be able to download it and if they have any issues related to the answer key they will be able to raise their objections as well.
