As per the recent government laws, SC and ST students do not have to pay any fees and OBC or other backward lass categories get 50% concession on the total fees. Also, you can get 100% scholarships if your score is good enough and your number is amongst the top of the merit list. The latest rule that the government is implementing is that, If the annual income of your family is less than or equal to Rs. 6 Lacs and the percentage is above 60 in class 12th, you can also get 100% concession on your fees.

The B.Com Fees in India range typically from INR 10,000 to INR 1 Lacs. The fees of the course depend upon which institution the course is being offered. If it is offered by a government or public institution, then the fees will be comparatively very low.
