Yes, you can get this college in the CS branch also, but for that you have to fill your counselling very carefully, as if there is a single choice preference changes you can lose to get that.

Yes, of course, you can get admission in B.Tech college in CSE. You should try in your state first and sit in all the counselling rounds and you can also try some colleges in North India.
