Yes, you can apply for their exam. However, as per my knowledge, they have just 4 all India open seats. So, if your parents are from the army, there is a high possibility of getting it.

You can easily get admission in this college for B.Tech Indl. Engineering or in MBA Executive programs after completing the university norms.

For this college, you have to be among top 1500 students of BCECE Mains Exam conducted by the state government of Bihar. Then after counselling, you will be alloted a seat.
