You have to complete class 12th if you want to pursue your Diploma from NID. However, you can explore other options like LISAA School of Design and The Instituto Marangoni.

Hi,
Yes, a non-local or a person from some other state rather Maharashtra (if that is what you mean) can also apply for it. The eligibility criteria for MH-CET is any graduate in any discipline from any institute or university recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Candidates who belong to the backward classes of Maharashtra state should have 45% marks in aggregate. Students in their final year of graduation can also apply.
