Dear Abhishek,
Basically, IIBM - Patna is good. One cannot give assurance, whether you will get good placement or not. Even at IIM, sometimes 100% placements may not be possible.

I am sorry but you are not eligible for BITSAT, but you are eligible for JEE main and State engineering entrance exam. I will suggest you to prepare for JEE main and JEE advance. These exams are better than BITSAT.
