Admission to Biju Patnaik University of Technology  (BPUT) is based on both admission and merit based. The selection process for various courses at Beijing Institute of Technology is as follows:Entrance Exam: Candidates must appear for an entrance exam administered by Beijing Institute of Technology officials. The exam is a computer-based exam consisting of a total of 75 questions and the exam duration is 3 hours.Group Discussion and Personal Interview  (GD and PI): Suitable candidates are invited for group discussion and personal interview.Important Selection: Selection of candidates will be based on entrance exam and interview. For some courses like Masters in Civil Engineering,  candidates are required to have a B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline and admission is confirmed based on valid scores from OJEE.Regional change: Students taking B.Technology courses will be able to change branches and choose the necessary one according to the quota status,  after completing the first semester  (fall) and second semester  (spring hlav) rules.

The minimum cutoff for MBA admission varies every year and as of 2022,  the minimum CAT percentage for admission to IIM or top MBA colleges in India The answer is 90 percent. The MBA admission process varies from institute to institute. Once the candidates pass the entrance exam,  the selected students will proceed to the GD round. Selected candidates will attend a personal interview. Students are then appropriately selected and recognized.
