The scope of biomedical engineering in India:
*After doing biomedical engineering, you can be employed in some MNC's as sales, service and application specialists.
*You can work as a research engineer as well in some OEM manufacturing companies. You can work as a biomedical engineer in the hospitals.
*You can pursue masters from any of the IIT's, IIT Bombay, Madras, Hyderabad and Kharag

In India, there is not much scope for Biomedical Engineering. The few colleges which offer Biomedical Engineering, don't have good facilities or advanced equipment.
On the other hand, electrical engineering is an evergreen field of engineering. Jobs are plenty and is going to be in the foreseeable future.
Electronics engineering companies in India are few so most electronics engineers end up being software engineers. I don't recommend Electronics engineering to you unless you are 100% sure that you love semiconductors, diodes and transistors.
