Bioengineering is a branch of engineering which needs knowledge of biology and math. So only those students are selected who have a strong foundation in math and biology as well as in chemistry. A neet student prepares only for PCB but he/she can take math as an additional subject in class 12th to learn the math as IITJEE students take bio as an additional subject to get admission in bio engineering.
